Zala is een comitaat (megye) in het zuidwesten van Hongarije. Het comitaat telt 183.644 inwoners (2001). De hoofdstad is Zalaegerszeg. Deze stad is, net zoals Nagykanizsa, een stad met comitaatsrecht.
